Becoming a Member

• Teachers: please print out this form and give it to any potential NHS members OR tell them to visit nhs.getstudying.com
• Students: membership in NHS is begun by recommendation, so ask your teachers about the society if you're interested

• 8 hours will be required for the first semester, and 16 hours for the second semester
• Turn in to Mrs. Radis in room 846 or to a leadership team member
